Andrew G. Middleton

Andrew G. Middleton was born in Bryan, Texas.  He received his Bachelor of Arts in Government from The University of Texas at Austin in 2007 and his law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2013, graduating with honors.

During law school, Andrew was a member of the Law Review and accepted publication of his article in the inaugural issue of the Texas A&M Law Review. He served as a legal analysis, research, and writing teaching assistant and as Vice President of the Tax and Estate Planning Law Organization.

Andrew began practicing law in the Brazos Valley in 2014 after taking the February 2014 Texas Bar Exam, in which he received the highest score for bar exam takers from Texas A&M University School of Law. Upon graduation, he was inducted into the National Order of Scribes, an honorary organization that recognizes graduating law students who excelled in legal writing.

Andrew’s practice area includes estate planning, probate and trust administration, real estate, and business transactional law. He particularly enjoys working with young families in developing their first estate plan and with small business owners in business formation and administration as well as buying and selling business entities.

A native of Bryan/College Station, Andrew attended Brazos Christian School and College Station public schools. Prior to attending law school, Andrew was an All-American and All-Big XII distance runner for The University of Texas at Austin and competed as a professional distance runner for an Olympic-development running team in Flagstaff, Arizona. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, and three children, trail running, and hunting in the Texas Hill Country.

Andrew has recently served as a member of the Bicycle, Pedestrians & Greenways Advisory Board for the City of College Station and as a volunteer with the College Station High School Boy’s Cross Country and Track teams and on the BCS Marathon + Half-Marathon Committee.
