Randall L. McLemore, Jr. was born in Arlington, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science, summa cum laude, from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2020 and his law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law in 2023.

During law school, Randy interned for Henry Schein Legal in the summer of 2021. He also interned with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas during the summer of 2022. He also participated in an externship program where he worked for Conference USA in the fall of 2022.

Randy’s law career began after passing the July 2023 Bar Exam. His practice areas include estate planning, probate and trust administration, business transactional law, and real estate. He enjoys helping families navigate emotionally charged situations to develop tailored plans to accomplish their unique goals.

Outside of work, Randy enjoys spending time with his wife, Karsen, and their two dogs, reading anything historical, watching his DFW sports teams, and going to the gym.
