Associate Attorney
Middleton & Middleton seeks a highly-motivated attorney with initiative and a desire to learn and excel in the practice of law. The position will focus on estate planning and trust and probate administration matters, tax matters, guardianships, and commercial and real estate transactions.
Position: Associate Attorney (Full Time) Experience: 0–10 years Salary/Benefits: Competitive salary, benefits, and potential for signing bonus
Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following:
– J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to practice law in Texas – Board Certification in Estate Planning & Probate Law, or the desire to obtain the same – Proficiency or interest in several of the firm’s focus areas – Excellent legal research and writing skills – Relevant course work or work experience required – An entrepreneurial attitude, organizational skills to manage an active case load, and work ethic of a small-business owner
